Statement on COVID-19 (Coronavirus) (updated 9 June) We are all facing difficult times as a result of the worldwide COVID-19 (Coronavirus) outbreak. As an organisation that supports everyone who calls the National Bereavement Service, we recognise and share the concern around Coronavirus. However, we also understand the importance of demonstrating that we will continue to remain operating in a “open for business as usual” environment. We wanted to assure everyone using our services that we are committed to continuing to assist all callers and anyone contacting us via our website who needs guidance and support following a bereavement. Alongside taking sensible precautions, and keeping yourselves up to date with the latest Government and NHS information and advice, we encourage all of our clients, callers and friends to do what they can to support each other, as we all continue to navigate through the ongoing situation. Our clients and their customers as well as the general public are needing our support more than ever and we cannot emphasise enough that we are here to help anyone that needs any guidance following a bereavement or a legal service so please do call us. Finally, please keep safe and well and take care of each other! We are here when you need us!
