The challenge

We were tasked with providing a full and comprehensive range of legal services under one roof, with exclusive discounts available. Additionally, we had to continually educate the workforce whilst delivering outstanding service levels in a personal and local capacity.

During 2019 alone, we enabled 617 employees to save more than £45,000 in legal fees.

The solution

Having already established a trusted relationship with our client when delivering the National Bereavement Service, we were brought on board to provide legal services.

 

Using a mixture of digital and print platforms, as well as face to face exercises, we identified which members of the workforce were most likely to need to seek our support and issued targeted communications to encourage them to use the company’s online hub for support when it became relevant.

What we did

  • Presented at regional client ‘support hubs’ to build trust and confidence in our services
  • Created a bespoke co-branded microsite
  • Kept in regular communication through client e-comms
  • Undertook formal and informal employee seminars in branches nationwide
  • Attended client wellbeing events
  • Created articles for print and digital communications
  • Held competitions during seasonal events
 

Results

During 2019 alone, we enabled 617 employees to save more than £45,000 in legal fees. We also introduced an exclusive funeral planning service to the company, resulting in a combined total saving for employees of more than £76,000.
